Lobo - Episode 65: No pain, No Gain

Lyka enters the cave, where she was greeted by strong winds. Her first obstacle is to jump over a very deep ravine (my interpretation). Lyka hesitates and feared that she might not make it, but Noah’s spirit encouraged her go ahead. Lyka made her attempt but fell-off way too short, luckily she emerged in one piece and never had any wounds. After surviving a death defying leap, Lyka continued to walk further, she was shocked to see a person, who appeared to be “Remus”. She asked Remus on what to do but Remus ran away.

Meanwhile another full moon has shone across the horizon; all the lobos in Elle’s care were brought to their respective bunkers. Clara almost became a dinner meal for Anton, when Anton transformed before being locked into his cage, he chased Clara but Clara managed to close the door before Anton could catch her. Nessa on the other hand, left Elle’s house to transform somewhere else, she was spotted by Rodolfo and tries to convince her to join the “Itim na Lobo’s” but Nessa refuses and runs away.

Lady Elle and Alec had already finished transforming into a Taong Lobo but Lyka still haven’t return, so she decided to follow her granddaughter. Remus lead Lyka to the location of the “Baton ng Remus”, as she looked upon the stone, Lyka was struck by fear-- fear of pain and fear of dying.

Instead of lodging into the negative side of things, Lyka tries to think about the people that she loves (especially Noah) and all the other Lobo’s that she must save. Lyka started to put her hands unto the stone, her arms starts to burn and was in severe pain. Her arms became like a burning amber but due to her rapid recovery, Lyka manages to get hold the stone.

As she heads towards the exit, Lyka struggles to hold the stone, she trembles down to the ground due to extreme pain and exhaustion
